St Blaise was born from a simple idea: cook the food we grew up with and share it with others.
Inspired by the kitchens, fishing villages and family tables of Dubrovnik and Croatia's Adriatic coast, our menu celebrates recipes that have been passed down through generations. Some take hours to prepare. Others require patience, skill and a little stubbornness. All of them tell a story.
We believe the best meals are never rushed. They are shared with family and friends, accompanied by good wine, conversation and the simple pleasure of being together.
At St Blaise, we honour these traditions while working with exceptional Australian seafood and produce, bringing a taste of the Adriatic to Sydney.
